The PRAXI Network and the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce & Industry are joining forces in an upgraded strategic partnership, aiming to strengthen the local business community in the areas of innovation, green growth, and digital transformation.

This agreement was formalized during a meeting between the President of the Heraklion Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mr. Vangelis Karkanakis, and the Director of the PRAXI Network, Dr. Konstantinos Vavekis, and is expected to be implemented immediately. This collaboration builds on a previous Memorandum of Cooperation and joint initiatives, including the two organizations’ participation in the Enterprise Europe Network. It focuses on providing specialized support to businesses in key areas such as:

🔹 Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG): Development and implementation of sustainable practices that enhance business sustainability and social responsibility.

🔹 Support in proposal writing and submission: Assistance for businesses in accessing European and national funding tools for development projects.

🔹 Knowledge transfer and utilization of research results: Connecting research with the market, promoting the adoption of innovations by the business community.

Access to European Programs and Specialized Support

Through this partnership, PRAXI Network will provide specialized support to businesses for the development of proposals in the areas of green growth, adoption of sustainable practices, and utilization of cutting-edge digital technologies. Furthermore, it will facilitate connections with European networks and programs, offering valuable opportunities for technology transfer and international collaborations.

Dr. Konstantinos Vavekis, Director of PRAXI Network, stated:
