EDF Partner Pool 2026
The EDF Partner Pool is a digital platform supported by the Enterprise Europe Network, designed to facilitate the creation of successful consortia within the framework of the European Defence Fund (EDF).
Through the platform, developed to support long-term networking, matchmaking, and continuous learning around EDF calls, interested stakeholders will be able to:
- Join a community of EDF-eligible organizations
- Identify potential partners
- Build consortia for EDF calls
- Publish collaboration opportunities
Participation Benefits
- Targeted partner search among verified entities (industry, SMEs, research organizations, clusters), with the possibility of direct communication and 1:1 meeting scheduling
- Continuous programme of webinars, training sessions, and pitching events hosted on the platform
- Access to the 2026 Work Programme (31 thematic and non-thematic calls with a total budget of approximately €1 billion)
Timeline & Registration
- The current version of the platform will operate until 31 December 2027
- Matchmaking functionalities will remain available until the end of 2027
Participation & Eligibility
Participation is subject to a validation process. Among other requirements:
- Organizations must be eligible in accordance with the EDF Regulation and must not be controlled by a non-associated third country
- Consultants are not eligible to participate
- The publication of at least one collaboration opportunity on the platform and the use of a professional email address are mandatory
- The organizers reserve the right to reject participants who do not meet these criteria

The platform is implemented by the expert team of the Sector Group Aerospace & Defence of the Enterprise Europe Network, the world’s largest support network for SMEs, comprising over 450 organizations and 3,000 experts across more than 50 countries.
The Sector Group Aerospace & Defence brings together more than 77 advisors from over 20 EU and associated countries, with hands-on experience in cross-border collaboration and EU funding.
