NEB4All is a collaborative European project designed to enhance and unify the support structure behind the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Facility, combining the strengths of Horizon Europe National Contact Points (HE NCPs) and Political National Contact Points (POL NCPs) across 27 countries.
Founded in 2025, NEB4All represents the first formal structure to bring together HE and POL NCPs into a single, transnational network. This initiative empowers NEB stakeholders by improving access to tailored advice, fostering collaboration, and enhancing participation in NEB-related funding and implementation activities.
NEB4All aims to bridge the gap between research and innovation and real-world implementation, aligning with the core NEB values of sustainability, aesthetics, and inclusion.
By supporting a strong and well-informed NCP network, we strengthen the visibility and effectiveness of the NEB Facility and ensure improved services for applicants and civil society.
NEB4All brings together 27 National Contact Points from 24 countries, combining the experience of long-standing members with the fresh perspectives of newly appointed ones. Through specialized training, mentoring, and knowledge exchange, the project enhances NCP capacities, improving stakeholder support, increasing participation in NEB calls, and raising the overall quality of submitted proposals.
The consortium consists of public agencies, ministries, research institutions, and architectural organizations.
The network supports a growing NEB community of applicants, experts, and civil society representatives who engage with the NEB Facility at both national and European levels.
The main objectives of NEB4All include:
- Building NCP Capacity: Providing training and tools to align HE and POL NCPs and bridge existing knowledge gaps.
- Raising Awareness and Visibility: Equipping NCPs with the means to effectively inform national stakeholders and promote the NEB Facility.
- Improving Feedback Mechanisms: Creating systems to collect stakeholder insights and deliver meaningful feedback to the European Commission.
- Supporting Stakeholders: Empowering applicants through matchmaking events and stakeholder meetings.
Through the provision of high-quality services and the collection of actionable feedback, NEB4All strengthens the visibility, accessibility, and impact of the NEB Facility, promoting sustainable innovation and inclusive growth across Europe.
